well your hardware has to work with your new video card but as long as your processor is above 2ghz it should probably be fine and also like 1 gig of ram wont hurt. well that’s just me, i cant afford the top notch stuff. but i heard something that ati works better with intel and nvidea works better with amd but i don’t believe that since i have an intel Pentium D and have a Nvidea video card and it works fine.

  16. sicnarfcrz says:

can i just upgrade at ones or do i need to consider if the new video card can compliment my other pc parts like motherboard and others? ty n advance

I got GeCube Radeon 7000 but it’s unable to run sims 3 it says that the device 0 cannot run this title and ur video card does not support at least Shader Model 2. Please upgrade ur card… can you help what i need to consider when buying new card or do i need to buy new one or just upgrade it? ty in advance:D

  18. MeanMissC says:

This doesn’t look so bad, I just bought the sims 3 and it states that I need a ATI RADEON 9500 series or greater and when looking what mine is it says a ATI RADEON Xpress 200 series
So the game keeps freezing and just not looking right. I was scared it was going to be a fix I couldn’t do myself.
